Please join me on Wednesday 28th at 6:30 at The Chalice Temple of Ashland (please enter through the garden door).
This Kundalini Yoga class consists of warm up asanas to start moving our energies, followed by the Ganpati Kriya to make the Impossible Possible, channeling Ganesha energy into our field for the highest removal of obstacles.
We will end the class with an anchoring meditation, and Yogi Tea will be served.
Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle, the intention if the weather allows it, is to have the class outdoors at the stage area.
Class is by love donation, please RSVP if you are planning on coming.
