In Ayurveda, during seasons we allow some time to cleanse our energy and body more deeply in a 100% natural method, as well as totally personalized to your unique needs. These are the Cleanse goals: - Weight loss - Renewed energy - Better sleep - Improved skin and hair health - More balanced digestion and metabolism - Mental and emotional clarity - Emotional balance What can you expect? - Personalized detox diet and recipes - Coaching session to help you get back to balance - Kundalini Yoga Kriya to cleanse your energy - Meditation practice to maintain and sustain clarity - Ayurvedic Detox Tea (free gift) There will be two sessions of 45 minutes each in which during the first one we will cover what is out of balance, your special needs and intentions for the cleanse. After that, will be followed by a 30 minutes session (normally the day after the initial session) to provide the material, information and guidance for you to start the cleanse. After the start of the cleanse, there will be a 15 minutes weekly follow up sessions for 2-3 weeks, as practitioner recommends.
